Beachday™ Child Safety Standards

Beachday™ is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. Beachday™ has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, predatory behavior, or any activity that exploits, harms, or endangers children.

These Child Safety Standards apply to all users of Beachday™.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Beachday™:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming or predatory behavior involving minors
• Solicitation involving minors
• Sexualization of children in any form
• Content that promotes, depicts, facilitates, or glorifies the abuse of children
• Any attempt to exploit, endanger, or harm a child

Any account found engaging in these activities will be permanently removed and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Reporting and Enforcement

Beachday™ provides users with tools to report content, comments, profiles, and other activity that may violate these standards.

Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.
